Chorizo made with minced pork meat and pork fat. This mixture is seasoned with salt, paprika and other spices and condiments; kneaded and stuffed into natural casing, which has undergone a maturation-drying process with smoking, characterized by its red color and distinctive aroma and flavor.

  • COLOR AND APPEARANCE WHEN SLICED: Homogeneous, smooth and well-bound cut, without abnormal coloring and with a clear differentiation between meat and fat fragments.
