Cular chorizo made with a selected mixture of lean pork and pork belly from Duroc breed pigs, with added salt, paprika, and other spices, kneaded and stuffed into natural casings, which has undergone a maturation-drying process, ensuring good stability, as well as characteristic aroma and flavor.

  • TEXTURE: Firm and compact consistency to the touch.
  • COLOR AND APPEARANCE WHEN CUT: Pinkish color. The cut will appear homogeneous, smooth, and well-bound, without abnormal colorations and with a clear differentiation between fragments of meat and bacon or fat.
  • AROMA AND FLAVOR: Characteristic, primarily provided by the spices and condiments, along with the curing process.
