- TEXTURE: Firm and compact consistency to the touch.
- COLOR AND APPEARANCE WHEN CUT: Pinkish color. The cut will appear homogeneous, smooth, and well-bound, without abnormal colorations and with a clear differentiation between fragments of meat and bacon or fat.
