Product obtained from the leaves and part of the healthy stems of the nabiza plant. Hand-harvested and hand-selected from cultivated, non-genetically modified varieties (Brassica rapa). They are washed, blanched and hand-packed, adding hot water and salt into hermetically sealed metal containers and subjected to heat treatment to ensure the product’s microbiological stability.
Grelos de Galicia. The ideal accompaniment for your Galician stew or to prepare our region’s traditional dish: lacón with turnip greens. Exquisite vegetable, low in calories and high in fibre.
