To meet the increasing demand for cured ham, the current production capacity is to be expanded. This new plant will house the 4 aforementioned curing cellars from the current plant and include 4 new curing cellars, so that the total of 8 curing cellars in this new facility will be capable of performing the final curing phase for the entire production.

Therefore, 7 new pieces of equipment for drying rooms are acquired to be located in the current ham drying plant, and the new plant will consist of 4 pieces of equipment transferred from the current plant and four other new pieces of equipment, so that together they can accommodate the total production.
