60 years of producing quality Galician ham and cured meats.

Our founders, Manuel José Núñez Aldegunde and María Asunción Torre Penelas, began more than 50 years ago by distributing their meat products to every corner of Spain.

The excellent reception of their products led us to begin an expansion process in the 1980s, resulting in the construction of our first factory on the outskirts of Lugo and laying the foundations for what Torre de Núñez is today.

Since then, we have never stopped growing.

Over the years, we have consolidated our presence in the national market and expanded our production capacity to reach more and more consumers.
In 2000, we took a key step with the construction of a 15,000 m² plant, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the production of meat products.
Subsequently, we added a plant dedicated exclusively to ham production with a capacity of 400,000 units per year and a slicing plant, opened in 2016 and expanded in 2019, which allows us to offer ready-to-eat products while keeping their quality intact.
Our growth is not just a matter of volume, but of commitment. Every investment, every expansion, and every improvement in our processes has a clear objective: to offer better products, take care of our customers, and continue to be a benchmark for Galician ham and cured meats.
