All Torre de Núñez products are suitable for coeliacs, as we can guarantee a gluten content of less than 20 ppm (mg/kg) for all of them.

100% of our products are lactose-free.

All Torre de Núñez products are suitable for coeliacs, as we can guarantee a gluten content of less than 20 ppm (mg/kg) in all of them.
Our products are included in the List of Foods Suitable for Coeliacs published by FACE (Federation of Spanish Coeliac Associations).
Serrano ham, salted bacon, salted lacón (as well as all their formats) are foods that naturally do not contain gluten, so they no longer appear on the list.
We must also mention the absence of lactose in most of our products.
